They realised people are better off letting professionals handle the shopping and cooking – all they had to do was to collect South Africa’s favorite recipes and give the word takeaways a different meaning that get families together and makes everyday life easier. How it works?
1. Select your subscription
2. Complete the order form – make sure your delivery address is accurate so we can deliver your order.
3. Select your payment option: EFT or cash on delivery
4. Submit your order and receive your invoice
5. Settle your invoice via EFT or pay cash to the driver at your first subscription day at delivery
6. You will get a confirmation of your order with the estimated delivery time
7. Receive your delivery and enjoy extra time with your family

FAQ
What time is delivery?
Delivery times are between 1:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Please note that delivery times cannot be guaranteed and they depends on many, unforeseen circumstances which are out of our control. However our delivery contact number will be sent to you at your order to assist smooth communication with the driver.
What if I am allergic to a particular food ? (for instance: Fish, Seafood)
We can take allergy related requests into consideration however with limitation. Please note you might be charged with extra fee. Our office will always confirm it back to you.
How do I pay?
Payment can be made by EFT or cash on delivery to your driver at the first serving day of the subscription.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancellations for the next week must be made by the Thursday before by submitting your request on our client portal. Cancellations during the week can be made, however you are still liable for the weeks payment.
What if we are not at home at the time of Delivery?
Most of the time there is always a solution ☺ Please provide us with an alternative drop off location such: neighbours, shop around the corner, security at the building etc.
Can I order specific days of the week?
Unfortunately this is not possible, delivery is only made on a full week of Monday to Friday or Monday to Thursday.
